What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:

  • All body measurements and personal statistics
  • Full workout and training session history
  • Your level, score, and percentile rankings
  • App settings and preferences stored in the cloud
  • Your Google Account association with Outlier
> WARNING: THIS ACTION IS IRREVERSIBLE Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you sign in again after deletion, you will start fresh with no history.

How to Request Deletion

Send us an email from the address associated with your Google Account. Include the subject line "Delete my account" so we can identify and process your request.

We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Local Data

Data stored only on your device (when not signed in) is not on our servers — we cannot delete it remotely. To remove it, uninstall the App or clear its data via Android Settings → Apps → Outlier → Clear Data.
